Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Pass Activation & Duration

When you purchase the HangulSnap 30-Day Pass for ₹30, your account is immediately granted access to unlimited textbook scans, printable PDF study worksheet downloads, Anki (.csv) exports, and ad-free study mode for 30 consecutive calendar days.

2. Non-Refundable Scope

Because HangulSnap provides immediate, real-time AI optical recognition (OCR) and instant access to download printable PDF study sheets and flashcard decks upon payment confirmation:

• Passes cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged once activated.
• Partial refunds for unused days within the 30-day period are not provided.
• Promotional codes and gift passes hold no cash value and cannot be refunded.

3. Billing Errors & Double Charges

In the unlikely event of a duplicate payment or transaction failure where money was debited from your account but your 30-day pass was not activated, our payment gateway (Razorpay) will automatically initiate a reversal within 5–7 business days.

If your pass does not activate after a successful deduction, please contact us with your payment ID and registered email. We will verify and manually activate your 30-day pass or ensure a full refund is processed by the payment provider.
